Calendar: week & day
The calendar shows your time entries as coloured blocks in a week or day grid. You capture, edit and delete time right in the calendar — by clicking the matching hour.
Step by step
- 01
Week or day
Under “Calendar” you switch between the week view (Mon–Sun) and the day view. The ‹ › arrows step through it, “Today” jumps back; clicking the date label opens a month calendar to jump anywhere.
- 02
Your entries as blocks
Each entry is a coloured block (project colour) at its time. Taller blocks also show customer, project and task; a mark in the top-right shows billability. Hovering reveals the full content.
- 03
Create by clicking
Clicking an empty spot opens the “New” dialog with that column’s date and the start time (snapped to 15 minutes). Pick description, project and task and save — the block appears immediately.
- 04
Edit & delete
Clicking a block opens the edit dialog: change the times, switch project/task, flip billability or delete the entry. If an entry crosses midnight, a red “+1” shows next to the end time.
- 05
Keep the overview
Above the grid you see the visible range and the total hours. A red line marks the current time; overlapping entries are laid out side by side in lanes.
- 06
On mobile
On a phone the calendar shows the day view (a single column, the whole day scrollable). You add entries via the “+” at the top or by tapping an empty spot — using the same composer as the Time Tracker.
Can I track time directly in the calendar?
Yes. Click an empty spot (or tap “+” on mobile), fill in the dialog and save — the entry appears immediately as a block.
Why do I see one entry on two days?
An entry that crosses midnight is shown per day as a clamped segment (e.g. 22:00–24:00 on the start day and 00:00–09:00 the next day); the time label still shows the real span.
