Who can see rates and amounts?
Only owners and admins. For other members, rate and amount columns are hidden.
What can a manager do?
Create, change and delete other members’ time entries — within what they are allowed to see, right in the member’s calendar too. Settings, member management and billable and cost rates stay closed to them, and they cannot reopen a closed period.
Can a member be in several groups?
Yes. Members can belong to multiple groups, e.g. Design and Leadership.
Does each member cost extra?
No. iXTime bills a flat price per workspace by size tier — not per head.
How do members sign in?
Via Microsoft Entra. Secure, with no separate password handling on our side.
